  1. ワークをクランプ自在なクランプ装置における
    固定クランプ部材と可動クランプ部材とをそれぞ
    れ固定クランプ部材用流体シリンダー、可動クラ
    ンプ部材用流体シリンダーに連結して設け、固定
    クランプ部材用流体シリンダーの作動の後に可動
    クランプ部材用流体シリンダーが作動するように
    、可動クランプ部材用流体シリンダー側の流体圧
    回路に逆向きのチエツク弁を並列に設け、可動ク
    ランプ部材用流体シリンダーの流入を許容するチ
    エツク弁に流路抵抗用の弾性部材を備えてなるこ
    とを特徴とする流体圧によるワーククランプ装置
    。
