CONSTITUTION:A device 50, clamping a reference member 40 provided in the ritht side part of a pallet P, is formed by a supporting block 51, clamping member 52, piston rod 53, connected to the member 52, and pressure fluid cylinder 55, slidably fitted with a piston 54. The supporting block 51 is removably formed by releasing clamping force of a clamping arm 58 pivotally supported to a jig main unit 20. A device 70, clamping a reference member 42 of the pallet P, is formed by a supporting block 71, clamping member 73, and a cylinder, sliding a sliding lever 75, and the pallet P can be held to a prescribed attitude without being deformed.
