Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the noise from appearing in an image signal output, by arranging capacitors of diode structure applying reversed phase pulses to pulse- type noise, at pulse-type noise generating part positions on driving circuits side. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors Cds of diode structure are connected between connection points of photo diodes PD1-PDn and drains of transistors Q1-Qn and a shift register 3 for driving, via inverters 2-1, 2-2. The capacitors Cds differentiate output pulses of the inverters, and apply reversed phase pulses with respect to the switching noise appearing at the connection points to these connection points. Thereby, the noise appearing at the connection points can be cancelled. Further, clock pulses CLK 1, CLK 2 are differentiated by the capacitor Cds of diode structure, and reversed phase pulses with respect to clock noise are applied to an image signal output VS. Thereby, the clock noise appearing in the image signal output VS can be cancelled.
