- 電力増幅器のドライバー段もしくは出力段トラ
ンジスタに熱結合した感温素子により、上記ドラ
イバー段もしくは出力段トランジスタの直流バイ
アス電圧を定める様にしたものにおいて、上記ド
ライバー段もしくは出力段トランジスタを放熱孔
を有するものとし、上記放熱孔内に上記感温素子
を挿入固定したことを特徴とする電力増幅器。
