Claims (1)
- 感熱素子と、電流熱変換素子と、該電流熱変換
素子駆動用のダーリントン接続された２段以上の
トランジスタと、該トランジスタ制御回路より成
る温度制御回路において、該ダーリントン接続さ
れたトランジスタの初段のトランジスタのコレク
タ端子と電源との間に電流制限用の抵抗器を付加
した事を特徴とする温度制御回路。
