Claims (1)
- バブルメモリパツケージの温度を検出し、その
温度の値によりコイルドライバ回路とスワツプゲ
ート回路を含むフアンクシヨンドライバ回路およ
びセンス回路からなるリニア系回路に共通に供給
される電源電圧を変え、バブルメモリパツケージ
の使用温度範囲を広げるようにしたことを特徴と
する磁気バブルメモリ装置。
