Claims (1)
- ベース接地したパルストランジスタの入力側エ
ミツタを接地し、コレクタにコンデンサを並列接
続するとともに電源電圧を印加するパルス高出力
増幅器において、前記コレクタと電源電圧との間
に感温素子を直列及び並列に接続したことを特徴
とするパルス高出力増幅器。
