Claims (1)
- トランジスタのコレクタに負荷を介して直流電
源を接続し、上記トランジスタのエミツタを抵抗
器を介して接地し、上記トランジスタのベースを
抵抗器を介して接地すると共に、ベースに入力信
号を供給し、上記ベースと上記負荷の出力側との
間に、第１の抵抗器とピーキングコイルとコンデ
ンサとを直列に接続した直列負帰還回路を設け、
上記ピーキングコイルに並列に第２の抵抗器を接
続し、上記コンデンサに並列に第３の抵抗器を接
続してなる広帯域高周波増幅装置。
