Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive and advanced product by forming the same blank as that of a base material part in a pin-like projection with extrusion forming on one part of face for the base material part. CONSTITUTION:A blank W is mounted on a forming part 16 of a forming die 10 and totally pushed in by a push die 11. Accordingly, numerous pin-like projections 3 are formed on the face of a forming die 16 side of the blank W so that one part (w) of the blank W may escape into the part of a forming hole 17. After forming the pin-like projection 3 in the specified dimension, the pressurizing by the push die 11 is released and the working is stopped. The operating oil of an operating medium is filled up in a pressurizing room 21, the fluid pressure inside the pressurizing room 21 is increased by lifting a pressurizing piston 12 and the force in the returning direction is applied on each pin like projection 3 with uniform pressure. A product is thus pushed back without leaning from the forming die 10 and removed.
