Abstract

PURPOSE: To get rid of the gap between a seat plate part and stud bolts thus minimizing the magnetic resistance loss and to considerably improve its efficiency, by projecting plural pieces of stud bolt from a metallic blank plate and by forming a seat plate part in one body.
CONSTITUTION: Plural stud bolts 2... are formed at one side 1b of a metallic blank plate material 1 by the strong beating due to the punch of the press from the other side 1a of the material 1. Then the other side 1a of the material 1 is cut parallel to the material 1 to form a thin seat plate part 4. After that it is bent to form rims 4a at both sides of the stud bolts 2.... The rims 4a are a little higher than stud bolts 2.... Then the tops of the stud bolts 2 are cut by milling or the like to level the height of the stud bolts 2... to constant height H. The upper ends of the rims 4a of the seat plate 4 are cut to the prescribed height to obtain a good planeness, thereafter small holes 5 are bored.
