- 集積回路基板上に第１配線と第２配線とを、第
１配線に対して第２配線がエアギヤツプを介して
交差するように配設してなる集積回路装置におい
て、前記集積回路基板と前記第２配線との間に絶
縁物よりなる支柱を配設してなることを特徴とす
る集積回路装置。
