Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an antireflection laminated object excellent in protecting the surface glare by preparing a binder layer containing specified inorganic powder on one side of a transparent baseplate layer and another layer with different density of inorganic powder on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A binder layer containing inorganic powder with grain sizes of 0.1-4mum is prepared on one side of a transparent baseplate layer and another layer different in density of inorganic powder on the other side. Because the light amount of the light reaching a point B is less than that at A due to the reflection loss at A, the light absorption by the transparent baseplate and others, it is advisable that the silica concentration in the binder layer is made higher on the viewer side than on the display screen side; and it is pref. that the ratio of the silica concentration in the A-layer to that in the B-layer is 1:0.36. The coating thickness is usually 1-20mum, or preferably 1-10mum, while 2-30pts.wt. or preferably 3-10pts.wt. of the inorganic powder are used per 100pts.wt. of alkyl-etherified melamine.
