A blind with vertical strips, characterised in that each strip consists of a sandwich formed by a central layer (1) having a thickness of from about 3 to 10 mm, made up of a very porous material with open cells and having excellent phonic absorption qualities, and by two layers (2) attached on either side of the central layer and consisting of an aerated material.
