Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the degree of freedom of the selection of materials constituting a diaphragm by providing a terminal of the other electrode connected by a conductor through the inside of a piezoelectric substance to one electrode of a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:In mounting a diaphragm 8 on one electrode 4B of the piezoelectric element 6 where electrodes 4A, 4B are placed on the front and rear sides of the plate shaped piezoelectric substance 2, a terminal part 20 connected to the other electrode 4B through the conductor 18 penetrated through the said piezoelectric substance 2 is provided onto the piezoelectric substance 2 of the one electrode 4A without the diaphragm 8 mounted thereupon. A lead wire 12B to the electrode 4B is connected electrically to the electrode 4A exposed with the piezoelectric element 6 not through the diaphragm 8. Thus, it is not required to form the diaphragm 8 by a conductor or a material with low resistivity.
