CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm material 14A having conductivity is adhered with a diaphragm material 14B having conductivity on its surface at least with different elasticity from that of the material 14A and both are connected electrically to form a diaphragm 14, and a piezoelectric element 6 is mounted on the diaphragm material 14A and one terminal (lead wire 20B) of the piezoelectric element 6 is provided to the diaphragm material 14B. Thus, the vibration modes of the materials 14A, 14B are combined to realize the flat sound pressure frequency characteristics.
