Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture various electronic device articles of high quality by obtaining stable isolated particles, which have narrow particle size distribution and controllable surface characteristics. CONSTITUTION: At least two reactants are made to react in a liquid, comprising aqueous modality, hydrocarbon modality and surfactant, to prepare a product material. The product material is made to react with capping reagent, which has a part bonding to the product material and a part facilitating the following removal, for controlling the capped product material. The capped product material is isolated from the liquid. Then an article is manufactured with the capped product material. In this case, the article is a film, and this film is manufactured by sintering. The product material comprises a material which is selected out of a group, comprising III-V compound semiconductor material and II-VI compound semiconductor material. At least one of the reactants comprises an organic metal material, and the organic metal material comprises an organic selenide.
