Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce various compound particles easily, by blowing vapor etc., of raw material, in a state of a jet, formed by a plasma flow generated at a plasma generating portion through a jet portion into a fluidized layer portion, causing said vapor etc., to be separated on the surfaces of seed particles in the fluidized layers. CONSTITUTION:Vapors, melted droplets or ultra-fine particles of raw material formed by a plasma flow generated by a plasma generating portion 1 are blown through a jet portion 12 in a jet-like state into a fluidized layer portion 13, which fluidized layers are formed by supplying seed particles thereinto, causing said vapor, droplets or fine particles to be separated and attached to the surfaces of the seed particles in the fluidized layers or causing said vapors, droplets or particles to act as a binder so that said seed particles in the fluidized layer portion 13 adhere or cohere to each other. Consequently, various compound particles comprising organic compounds, plastics, metals, ceramics etc. are produced smoothly and easily.
