Abstract
PURPOSE:To have good photographing accuracy by reading optimum photographing condition corresponding to the input information from a memory, in which the optimum photographing condition according to the sort of tooth etc., is stored, and by setting the supply voltage value to be impressed on an X-ray tube and the optimum photographing time. CONSTITUTION:When a switch corresponding to the applicable condition is selected from a group of read switches and turned on, the information is fed into a memory 9 from an input/output interface 10 through a CPU 8, and the optimum photographing condition corresponding to the input information is read out of the memory 9 and emitted from the interface 10. Here the film conditions such as sensitivity of photographing film and the supply voltage value impressed on a high voltage transformer 1 are fed into the interface 10 by an A/D converter 12, and on the basis of this information, the CPU 8 sets the most suitable photographing time at the current time of photographing. Accordingly a switch control circuit 16 operates for a period set with the optimum photographing condition.
