Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a desired filament electric current with accuracy, by determining and sotring a filament electric current corresponding to a tube voltage and a tube current by several trial exposures and then reading out each preset value of the tube voltage and current. CONSTITUTION:When the filament electric current of an X-ray tube 10 is predetermined by a setting device 14 and a voltage of a single 1 pulse wave form is applied, a tube voltage and a tube current are determined by measuring instruments 1 and 2 and stored in intermediate memories 5 and 6 and a RAM9 through A/D converters 3 and 4, respectively. Characteristic data are obtained through several trial exposures made by changing the filament electric current and stored in a RAM11 through an operational circuit 10. When using, the filament electric current is read out by determining each preset value of the tube voltage and current. Accordingly it can be achieved to determine a proper filament electric current in a short period of time and to make an operation very easy.
