CONSTITUTION:A study value is stored in a study value memory means 3 in every divided area with a load of an engine and its speed N serving as the parameter, and a study value reading means 4, reading the study value of an area, to which an operative condition in that time belongs, from the study value memory means 3, is provided. When the operation is decided to be in an air-fuel ratio feedback control region by a feedback control region decision means 5, a feedback amount is calculated by a feedback amount arithmetic means 7 being based on an air-fuel ratio deviation, and from these feedback amount and study value, the final fuel injection amount is calculated in an output fuel injection amount arithmetic means 8 by correcting the basic injection amount calculated in a basic fuel amount arithmetic means 2 being based on the operative condition. When the transient time is decided by a transient decision means 12, the basic injection amount is corrected in a correcting means 14 by a transient correction amount calculated by an arithmetic means 13, and when this transient correction amount is decided to be in a predetermined value or more by a decision means 15, the study is stopped by a study stopping means 16.
