Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the picture quality and interchangeability by pinching a main core of a 1st head chip by a reinforcement core and a reinforcement core plate and pinching the main core of a 2nd head chip by the reinforcement core and the reinforcement core plate pinching the main core of the 1st head chip. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd head chips 32, 33 are mounted on a head base 34 and the operating gap of the head chips 32, 33 has an azimuth angle of -alpha, +alpha respectively. The 1st head chip 32, at one end of the reinforcement core plate 37 made of a nonmagnetic material, is formed by bonding a spacer 38 whose thickness if (t) and using the same material as that of the reinforcement core plate 37, the main core 39 made of a Sendust and a reinforcement core 40 made of a nonmagnetic material while bonding them sequentially.
