Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the running performance of a recording medium due to deviation of mount position of a head chip by bonding the reinforced plate of 1st and 2nd head chip via a shield member so as to incorporate the 1st and 2nd head chips. CONSTITUTION:The 1st head chip 32 consists of core halves 34a, 34b made of a metallic magnetic material such as 'Sendust(R)' and reinforced plates 35a, 35b made of a nonmagnetic material such as glass bonding and clipping the core halves 34a, 34b from both sides. The 2nd head chip 33 consists of a couple of core halve 39a, 39b, reinforced plates 40a, 40b and a winding 38 similarly as the 1st head chip 32. The 1st and 2nd head chips 32, 33 are incorporated by bonding the reinforced plates 35b, 40b via a shield member 42 by resin adhesives 43, 44. Thus, the crosstalk between the head chips is prevented and the deterioration in the running performance of a recording medium due to the deviation of the mount position of the head chip is prevented and deterioration in the picture quality and compatibility is prevented in case of the application to a high definition VTR and also in case of the normal reproduction.
