Claims (1)
- コンプレツサの低圧側である作動ガス吸入ライ
ンと高圧側である作動ガス吐出ラインとからなる
作動部と、断熱器内の第１、第２蓄冷器とを具備
したヘリウム冷凍機にあつて、上記第２蓄冷器で
ある冷端部から、前記作動部のヘリウムである作
動ガスの一部を、冷凍ガス供給ラインにより、被
凍結体が供与される気密な凍結チヤンバーに供給
自在となし、当該凍結チヤンバーから導出した冷
凍ガス帰還ラインを前記作動部の作動ガス吸入ラ
インに帰還してなるヘリウム冷凍機を用いた超急
速冷凍装置。
