Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンプレツサの低圧側である作動ガス吸入ライ
    ンと高圧側である作動ガス吐出ラインとからなる
    作動部と、断熱器内の第1、第2蓄冷器とを具備
    したヘリウム冷凍機にあつて、上記第2蓄冷器で
    ある冷端部から、前記作動部へのヘリウムである
    作動ガスの一部を、熱交換器をもつた作動ガスラ
    インにより、前記低圧部の作動ガス吸入ラインに
    連結して一次循環系を形成し、上記熱交換器にて
    前記作動ガスとヘリウムである冷凍ガスとが熱交
    換される二次循環系には、当該冷凍ガスを還流さ
    せるポンプと、上記熱交換器の出口側と連結され
    、かつ被凍結体が別途供与される気密な凍結チヤ
    ンバーとが介接されてなるヘリウム冷凍機を用い
    た超急速冷凍装置。
