PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III is reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV in a mixed solvent of diethylamine, diethylether and DMF using dichloro-bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (II) and copper (II) iodide as a catalyst and diluted hydrochloric acid is then added thereto to acidify the reaction liquid and the reaction product is extracted with toluene to provide the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
