Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively work a laser beam energy and to enable laser beam machining over a wide range by the laser oscillator of a small output by projecting a laser light by converging it on the surface of the body to be worked by a converging means and removing a generated carbonized residue by air and gas blowings. CONSTITUTION:The laser light 1 emitted from a YAG pulse laser oscillator 2 is projected by converging the surface 7a of the body 7 to be worked by a converging means 13 to mark a stencil 5 mark on the surface 7a. In that case, a generated carbide remains on the surface 7a of a projected body to be worked to reduce the projection effect. It is removed by blowing an air gas 10 from a nozzle 9 on the projecting furnace 7a. The laser light energy is thus worked effectively.
