  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 照射面を形成する前面ガラス基板と非照射面を
    形成する後面ガラス基板との間に相対向する一対
    の放電電極を平行に備えて成る平面型蛍光灯にお
    いて、 前記前面ガラス基板上面周縁部に断熱部材を設
    け、該断熱部材上面に透明基板を固着して成る断
    熱層を備えたことを特徴とする平面型蛍光灯。
