Claims (1)
- 基板と、内面に所定パターンに配列したカラー
フイルタを設けたカバーガラスとの接着固定によ
り形成された外囲器内に、直交方向に交差したス
トライプ状の背面電極と透明電極とで発光層を絶
縁した状態で挾み込んだ発光素子を気密封止し、
背面電極は基板上に形成し、かつ、透明電極は上
記カラーフイルターと近接させて対向させたこと
を特徴とするＥＬパネル。
