Abstract

A resistor R8 is connected between both the terminals and a serial body consisting of a resistor R7 and a diode D2 is connected in parallel with the resistor R8 so that the cathod side of the diode D2 is connected to the output terminal point F side. A resistor R9 is connected between the mode of the resistor R7 and the diode D2 and -10V 1st power supply terminal and a resistor R21 is connected between the cathod side of the diode and -5V 2nd power supply terminal. Thereby, a broken line circuit 3' can be simplified and its output characteristic goes to like a broken line in accordance with the connection/disconnection of the diode in the circuit 3'. Consequently, the device is miniaturized and the assembling time and assembling cost are reduced.
