Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 熱交換を行なうコアを挟んで上下に配設された
上タンクと下タンクとを備え、上タンクには注水
口とエンジン本体からの冷却水が入る入口とが設
けられ、下タンクにはエンジン本体に向けて冷却
水が入る出口が設けられたラジエータを有し、 該ラジエータの出口とエンジン本体の冷却水入
口とを連通する冷却水供給通路には、冷却水が所
定温度以下のときに、該冷却水供給通路を閉じる
感温弁が設けられて、該感温弁により前記冷却水
供給通路が閉じられたときには、前記ラジエータ
をバイパスしてエンジン本体の冷却水入口と冷却
水出口とを連通するバイパス通路を介して、冷却
水がエンジン本体内を循環するようにされたエン
ジンの冷却装置において、 前記ラジエータの上タンク内には、前記コアか
ら上方に延びる仕切壁が設けられて、該仕切壁に
より上タンクの内部空間が前記注水口の開口する
注水側空間と前記ラジエータの入口が開口する入
口側空間とに仕切られ、 前記注水側空間と、前記バイパス通路又は前記
感温弁より下流側の冷却水供給通路とは、冷却水
補助注水通路を介して連通されている、 ことを特徴とするエンジンの冷却装置。
