Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable measurement easily at high accuracy eliminating variations in measured values, by performing a computerized control of a driving section of a load cell and a computerized processing changes in stress detected with the load cell.
CONSTITUTION: A measuring sample is placed on a planar body 41 with a sticky surface thereof upward and sucked securely with a suction device. Here, when a load of the load cell 2 is previously set at zero, the load begins to reduce as a probe 3 abuts the sticky surface and with a stopper 35 floating from a diaphragm 33 and it stays stable lowering by a load portion of the probe 3, a filament member 34 and the stopper 35. At this point, when the load cell 2 is lifted at a set speed after a set time after the lowering thereof is stopped, the probe 3 rises and is peeled from the sticky surface and the current change in stress is measured. The driving of the load cell 2 is controlled with a computer and changes in stress detected with the load cell 2 are inputted into the computer through an amplifier and an A/D converter to be shown on a display device.
