Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain high-temperature supply hot water having no possibility of being frozen and to supply surplus heat after heating water for space heating by absorbing heat in a heat exchanger from a hot air flow circulating along a duct flow path. CONSTITUTION:In a hot water heat collecting loop, a heat collecting blower 26 is actuated by opening a suction damper 34b. Air supplied through a suction duct 34a is heated by an air heat collector 21, passing through a heat collecting fan and transmitting heat to the water in an air-water heat exchanger 50 and then being discharged through an air discharge duct D1a. Further, air within an apparatus accommodating chamber 25 is heated in an air heat collector 21, passing through a heat collecting blower 26, transmitting heat to water in the air-water heat exchanger 50, passing through a heat collecting damper 41, and returning to the apparatus accommodating chamber 25. Since the load of the heat exchanger 50 is made sufficiently smaller than the load within the room to be heated and is only a part of the total load, the load of the heat exchanger 50 keeps the hot air flow passing the heat exchanger 50 in a sufficiently high-temperature condition so that the hot air flow is used for space heating or the operation of an auxiliary loop and thereafter flows back to the heat collector 21. Accordingly, supply hot water of a high temperature can be obtained and space heating and hot water supply can be performed without the possibility of freezing or water leaking.
