Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce the titled double metallic oxide having a homogeneous composition and narrow particle size distribution in a short time, by hydrolyzing respective metallic alkoxides of La, Sr and Cu, washing the obtained precipitates with water and heat-treating the washed precipitates. CONSTITUTION:Alkoxides, such as La propoxide, Sr propoxide and Cu propoxide, are dissolved in an organic solvent and water is then added to hydrolyze the alkoxides and prepare precipitates, which are subsequently washed with water and heat-treated at 400-1,200 deg.C for >=10min.
