Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the switching play of a diode switch by adding a proper resistor in parallel with a switching diode. CONSTITUTION:When a base input signal of a transistor(TR) 13 is in a negative cycle area, the switching diode 9 is turned off, a TR 11 executes emitter-follower operation and a signal output goes to a positive cycle. When the base input signal of the TR 13 is in a positive cycle area, the diode 9 is turned on, current inflow/outflow operation to/from the emitter load of the TR 11 is executed and the output signal goes to a negative cycle. A resistor 8 is prepared to reduce the switching play of an output waveform in the dead zone of the diode switch at the time of small amplitude operation of the diode 9, and at the time of small amplitude operation, the resistor 8 is driven.
