分岐して各々その先端が再生処理されるフイルタ
ーへの処理液導入のため並列して設けられた処理
液導入用接続口となつており、処理用水導入口と
最初の分岐点の間に処理用水導入口側からポンプ
、精密フイルターがこの順に設けられた流路Aと
、一端が分岐してその先端が再生処理されるフイ
ルターからの処理液排出のため前記処理液導入用
接続口の各々に対向してこれと同数だけ並列して
設けられた処理液排出用接続口となり、他端が処
理液を系外に排出するための処理水排出口となつ
ている流路Bと、流路Bの処理液排出用接続口と
処理水排出口の間から出て薬液タンクを経て流路
Aの処理用水導入口とポンプの間に入る流路Cと
