Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A main circuit base arithmetic part 5 processes an instantaneous power value 1 from a power converter and a composite current transformation ratio value 2 set by a composite current transformation ratio setter and the arithmetic result is stored in an arithmetic value register 6. At the same time, the watthour meter starts integration with an AC input to generate a 1st output pulse after the start of a test. This output pulse is read in an integrating register 7 as an electric energy pulse 3 and the register 7 starts integration. Then when a 2nd output pulse arrives from the watthour meter as the pulse 3, the register 7 stops the integration, the electric power value of the register 7 at the stop of the injection is read in a test result register 8, and the reference value of the watthour meter per pulse which is set previously by a multiplication rate setter is stored in a reference value register 9 as a watthour meter multiplication rate value 4. Then an error decision part 10 compares the values of the registers 8 and 9 with each other and decides the test result.
