1 The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used in pulsed voltmeters, multichannel amplitude analyzers and other information and measurement equipment. A device for measuring the amplitude of single pulses is known, containing a comparator unit, the first input of which is connected to the input terminal of the device, a delay line whose input is connected to the output of the comparator unit, and the output is connected to the input terminal of the device, the reference voltage source connected to the second input comparison unit, a null indicator connected by its input to the output of the comparison unit, and output to counter t1. In the known device, the measured pulse circulates during the measurement time over the delay line closed in a ring, and the number of cycles of circulation is proportional to the amplitude of the pulse. The disadvantage of the device is low accuracy due to the limited circulation time of the measured pulse. Closest to the present invention is a single pulse amplitude meter containing an analog-dynamic storage device formed by series-connected delay lines, an amplifier and a key, the output of which is connected to the meter input and the input of the delay line, a voltage-dependent voltage shaping unit, the input of which is connected to the input the meter, and the first output is from the control input of the key, the zero-body connected to the output of the key, and the second to the second output of the line forming unit but a variable voltage, a counter connected to the output of the null organ 12. In a known device, a pulse circulating in an analog-dynamic storage device is compared with a linearly increasing voltage and the number of circulations occurring prior to their accumulation is counted. The disadvantage of the device is its low accuracy, due to the impossibility of long-term storage of the pulse in the analog-dynamic storage device, the dependence of the 12 measurement result on the pulse amplitude. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measuring the amplitude of single pulses. The goal is achieved by the fact that a known single-pulse amplitude meter contains an analog dynamic memory device formed by series-connected delay lines, an amplifier and a key, the output of which is connected to the input terminal of the meter and the input of the delay line, a linear voltage generating unit whose input is connected to the input of the terminal gauge, and the first output is connected to the control input of the key, a zero-body, the first input of which is connected to the output of the key, and the output to one of the the meter house, a pulse expander, an adder, an analog-digital converter and an arithmetic unit are entered, the input of the pulse extender is connected to the input terminal of the meter, and the output is connected to the first input of the adder and through the analog-digital converter to the first input of the arithmetic device, the second input of the adder connected to the second output of the line voltage forming unit, and the output of the adder is connected to the second input of the null organ, the output of the counter is connected to the second input of the arithmetic unit , the output of which is connected to the output terminals of the meter. The drawing shows a structural electrical circuit of the combined amplitude meter of single pulses. The combined amplitude meter of single pulses contains an analog-dynamic memory device, which includes a delay line 1, an amplifier 2, a key 3, a linearly varying voltage shaping unit 4, a pulse expander 5, a zero-body 6, a counter 7, an analog-to-digital converter 8, an adder 9 arithmetic unit I). Combined} measuring the amplitude of a single pulse operates as follows. The measured pulse is fed to the input of an analog-dynamic storage device (ADZU) formed by the delay line 1, the amplifier 31 2 and the key 3 and simultaneously to the input of the expander 5 pulses. The quasi-constant voltage from the output of the expander 5, which differs from the amplitude of the input pulse by the magnitude of the charge error, is digitized by an analog-digital converter 8. In addition, the input pulse triggers a linearly variable shaping unit 4, which produces two synchronous and equal in duration: the first output is a square-shaped impulse that controls key 3, the second output is a triangular impulse (linearly increasing). These signals can be formed, for example, by a circuit consisting of a one-shot and a gated integrator, with the duration of the generated pulses specified by the one-shot and the maximum amplitude of the triangular pulse chosen based on the dynamic range of the input signals. The signal from the first output of block 4 closes the key 3, thereby allowing the circulation of the measured pulse in the ADZU. When key 3 is opened, at the moment the control pulse ends, the circulation stops. The voltage across the second output of block 4 linearly varies across cell voltage in summer 9 with the output voltage of expander 5. The amplitude of the measured pulse circulating in the ADZU is compared in the zero signal 6c 214 with the output signal of the adder 9. When the last amplitude of the signal reaches the last value The ADZU stops the occurrence of pulses at the output of the null organ 6. The amount of circulation counted by counter 7 will in this case be proportional to the absolute value of the charge error of the expander 5. Fixed in the counter Ke 7 the number and output code of the analog-digital converter 8 are combined with the corresponding weights in the arithmetic unit 10, forming the digital equivalent of the amplitude of the measured single pulse. Before the start of a new measurement cycle with a RESET signal, the meter returns to the initial state. Thus, in the meter there are two channels for recording the amplitude of the pulse. One of them consists of an expander of 5 pulses and an analog-digital converter 8, and the other of ADZU, a unit for forming a linearly varying voltage, a zero-organ 6, an adder 9 and a counter 7. The magnitude of the pulse amplitude is fixed. using the extender 5, then refined in the second channel, estimating the charging error of the expander 5. Introducing an additional amplitude fixation channel into the meter structure reduces the minimum permissible quantization step and significantly reduces the amplitude measurement error s.
