生じるフライバツクエネルギーを利用して前記電
圧制御型トランジスタを導通させる回路とを備え
、前記電圧制御型トランジスタの導通により前記
電界効果トランジスタの入力容量に蓄積された電
荷を放電させることを特徴とする電界効果トラン
ジスタ駆動回路。 (2) 前記電圧制御型トランジスタは、絶縁ゲー
ト型電界効果トランジスタであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電界効
