で1発のパルス発生する低圧側パルス電源回路とこのパ
ルス電源回路の出力を低圧側と高圧側の絶縁を確保して
高圧側に与えるパルストランスとこのトランスの出力を
充電するコンデンサ電圧で自己点弧して該コンデンサ電
圧を上記第1のオフゲートドライブ回路出力に重畳する
パルス電流を発生するサイリスタとを有する第2のオフ
ゲートドライブ回路とを備えたことを特徴とするゲート
