CONSTITUTION:An injection mold is composed of a fixed mold 10 and a movable mold 12 and equipped with a cooling water pipeline 32. The temperature of cooling water thetaw detected by a temperature sensor is transmitted to a mold temperature estimation device 46 and that of molten resin thetar detected by a resin temperature detector is also transmitted to this unit 46. The mold temperature estimation unit 46 calculates the future mold temperature thetai at optional places in the mold on a real-time basis by means of a predefined arithmetic expression with the temperature of molten resin thetar and that of cooling water thetaw, every time it receives the instruction Ce of estimation start and transmits them to a mold temperature control unit 48, which calculates a heat quantity and sends the instruction of a calorific valve Ch to a heater for cooling water.
