Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the injection resin temperature constant and improve the preciseness of a molded object by measuring the injection resin temperature using an infrared thermometer to feed it back to a resin temperature regurating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of the resin to be injected through a nozzle 11 is measured by the infrared thermometer 12 and is converted by a transducer 15 to a regulation signal for regulating screw velocity, screw back-pressure and heater temperature, and this regulation signal is passed to an electromagnetically proportionable pressure regulating valve 13, an electromagnetically proportionable flow regulating valve 14 and a temperature regulator 10, so that the screw velocity, the screw back-pressure and the heater temperature are regulated to keep the temperature of the resin to be injected constant and stable. Thus as the infrared thermometer is employed, it is not in contact with the resin and it can measure the temperature quickly.
