Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate reverse transfer and to correct the erroneous recording image recorded on a material to be recorded low in surface smoothness, by providing flocculation force, close bonding strength and flexibility at the time of heating to a first adhesive layer provided between a support and the second adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:When an erroneous recording image 4 is discovered on a material 6 to be recorded, the adhesive layer 3 of a correction sheet 5 is closely brought into contact with the erroneous recording image 4. Further, the part corresponding to the erroneous recording of the correction sheet 5 or the entire region of the range surrounding the erroneous recording image of said correction sheet 5 is heated from the back surface of the material 6 to be recorded by a thermal head 8. A first adhesive layer 2 on the correction sheet 5 is softened without being separated at the interface of the first adhesive layer 2 and a second adhesive layer 3 or at the interface of the first adhesive layer 2 and a support 1 to become easy to follow the surface unevenness of the material 6 to be recorded and the second adhesive layer 3 is melted to be bonded to the erroneous recording image 4.
