Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A transfer layer 2 is formed on one side face of a base sheet 1, and a fine surface uneven layer 3 having a fine surface uneven structure is provided at a part to be embossed in alignment with the layer 2. This transfer sheet and a material to be transferred are superposed, heat is applied in an image-like state to the boundary of both the sheets to form an image on the sheet to be transferred, and the surface to be transferred of the sheet to be transferred is embossed. The sheet 1 preferably includes sheet or plastic film having approx. 0.5-50mum. According to this method, after the image is formed by transferring, it is embossed. Thus, the surface of the transfer is controlled to show desired gloss.
