Abstract

PURPOSE:To control a fluidizing air temperature and permit the constant control of a furnace temperature, by a method wherein a bypass pipe is provided to control the amount of heat recovery in a heat exchanger under a condition that the flow rate of a fluidizing blower is constant. CONSTITUTION:A primary heat exchanger 8 is provided with a bypass pipeline 17 in order to change the amount of waste gas, passing through the primary heat exchanger 8 capable of changing a fluidizing air temperature, while a primary heat exchanger inlet port control damper 18 and bypass control damper 19 for regulating the amount of waste gas of the primary heat exchanger 8 and the bypass pipeline 17 are provided. The set value of the fluidizing air temperature is operated in accordance with a difference between a furnace sand layer temperature setting value and a sand layer temperature T1 to operate the distributing rate of the amount of waste gas for the primary heat exchanger 8 and the bypass pipeline 17 so as to obtain the fluidizing air temperature setting value whereby the opening degrees of the dampers are controlled. When there is the fluctuation of a furnace temperature caused by the fluctuation (in amount, moisture content and calory) of the objective substances 2 for incineration, which are thrown into an incinerator 1, the fluctuation may be corrected by controlling the temperature of fluidizing air.
