の測定結果を示すグラフである。 １……ガラス基板、５……透明導電膜（ＩＴＯ
膜）、６……アルミ膜（Ａｌ膜）、７……ニツケ
ル膜（Ｎｉ膜）。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ―Ｙマトリクス構造を有し、ガラス基板上に
外部駆動回路と接続するための電極端子を設けた
薄膜ＥＬパネルにおいて、 前記ガラス基板上に形成された透明導電膜、該
透明導電膜上に積層形成され、前記透明導電膜よ
りも前記ガラス基板の外側にまで伸ばされたアル
ミ膜及びニツケル膜からなる三層構造の電極端子
を有する薄膜ＥＬパネル。
