Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 調理ケース内に収納した食品を蒸気により加熱
    調理する蒸気調理装置において、外ケースの内部
    に設けた箱形状の加熱室と該加熱室の側面板に対
    向して上記加熱室内に設けた対の仕切板とを含み
    、該対の仕切板の間に設けた上記調理ケースと該
    調理ケースの下方に設けたスチーム管とを有し、
    上記調理ケースを上記加熱室に挿入する開口部を
    上記加熱室に形成し、上記対の側面板には排気管
    を設けてをり、上記スチーム管の孔から流出する
    蒸気を上記調理ケースの下方から該調理ケースを
    通して上方にまで導き、上記仕切板と上記側面板
    との間を通して下方に蒸気を導く蒸気の循環経路
    を形成し、該蒸気の一部を、排気管を通して外ケ
    ーの外部に導くことを特徴とする蒸気加熱調理器
    。
