Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a container having hard-to-detaching and excellent heat resistance for obtaining sintering material having uniform quality by coating surface of the carbon container with coating material composing of under coat layer and over coat layer of ceramic. CONSTITUTION:For example, on the surface of the carbon container 1 for sintering flat plate-like material, the under coat layer 2 having the prescribed thickness of compound WC is formed by plasma-thermal-spraying with tungsten wire. Further, the over coat layer 3 having the prescribed thickness is formed by plasmathermal-spraying, for example, with gray aluminum composing of 95% Al2O3 and 5% TiO2. As this carbon container has close quality and is hard-to-detaching and is coated by coating material having excellent heat resistant strength and heat conductivity, development of carbide in the sintering material is prevented and the sintered product having uniform quality can be produced. Further, this carbon container has excellent wear resistance because of the ceramic surface, and service life of the container can be extended.
