Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve product yield by cold-compressing mixing material having the specific ratio of Al base metal powder, granular, etc., of ferromagnetic substance and lubricator and die-forging under hot or warm state after degreasing at the specific temp. range. CONSTITUTION:In the Al or Al alloy powder, 10-90wt.% of the granular, flat or fibrous ferromagnetic substance and 0.05-3wt.% of the lubricator are mixed. After obtaining the green compact by cold-compressing these mixing material, this is heated at 200-600 deg.C and the lubricator is decomposed and degreased to obtain the degreased body. Successively, the die forging is executed under warm or hot state to the degreased body as it is or after reheating at 150-500 deg.C, to finish the last product shape by one punching. By this method, good effect by the lubricator on the characteristic of strength, packing ability, etc., is shown, because the lubricator is not only effective on the operation, but also makes sufficient combination with the mixing powders and uniformizes the stress at the time of compacting.
