CONSTITUTION: Cooling water is fed to a water feed pipe 14, and it is allowed to flow into the gap 15 between inner and outer bellows 11, 12 from sprinkling holes of the water feed pipe 14 to fill the gap 15. The cooling water is prevented from seeping into a heat shielding cover 9 by the inner bellows 11 made of a water-resistant material, however it seeps to the outer face (surface) of the outer bellows 12 made of a porous and heat-resistant material on the outside.
