Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily form a film which radiates far-infrared rays efficiently by applying to an object a coat of the mixture of far-infrared rays radiating ceramics coating material (ceramic powder) and fluorine coating material. CONSTITUTION:Far-infrared rays radiating ceramics powder (e.g. mixed powder of alumina and silica) or far-infrared ceramics coating material (e.g. silica, iron oxide, manganese oxide, and zircon oxide) is admixed with fluorine coating material. After a thorough stirring of the mixture, the mixed coating is applied to an object with a spray gun or roller. By this method, the film which radiates far-infrared rays is easily formed and also provided with wear resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and food applicability characteristic of the fluorine resin.
